The Training Course

C2C franchisees learn how to provide the unique C2C service by embarking on a 5 day training course.  The course is held at our head office in Ormskirk, Lancashire and is designed to cover all aspects of the C2C franchise business including business management, sales & marketing, C2C systems, software training, and detailed technical training, both practical and academic.  Again, on going technical and managerial support is provided by the C2C support team who are dedicated to support the franchisees at all times

National Marketing

Whilst our Franchisees carry out their own marketing at a local level a substantial amount of the money that comes to us in fees is re-invested back in national marketing campaigns. This ensures that they are continually ‘topped up’ with extra leads which have been generated by head office.

These campaigns are carried out on your behalf throughout the year and there is no extra charge for them as the campaigns are funded from the normal monthly fees.

This way we can add substantial amounts of business to you and, as the campaigns are successful, we can invest in more and more campaigns for you!
