Money
As is the case with every franchise there is a fee to be paid. The franchise fee at the moment is just £19,995 + VAT (reviewable after every training course). The structure of the payment is as follows:
A £6,000 Deposit is paid to secure your exclusive territory.
The balance is due 28 Days before the start of the training course.
Every Franchisee is expected to have access to a ‘working capital fund’ of around £10,000 (the reasons for this will be explained during your initial interview). This is to ensure you have no personal financial pressures while you grow your business in the early months.

The Initial Rewards
Obviously in business nothing is guaranteed. But we can say that by following our tried and tested business plan & marketing techniques you will very quickly build a local business you can be very proud of with profits in the region of £37,000 within 12 months. In the crucial first year there’s a lot to learn but we’re committed to helping all our franchisees achieve the profits and lifestyle they always dreamed of.
How do we know? Our franchisees have already built very successful profitable businesses across the country, earning them the money they want and improving their quality of life.
Building An Asset
It’s not just the ongoing money that you will receive to pay your bills though. Whilst you go about your business you are also adding value to your business which makes it a sellable asset.
At the end of 2010 we teamed up with Business Valuation experts The Business Valuer and The Business Partnership to get an idea of what an existing Cloudy2Clear Franchise would be valued at from their accounts. Our Franchisee was delighted to find his business, after only 3 years of trading, was valued at over £120,000! That’s a 6-fold increase on the purchase price and in the last 12 months his profits have increased again, boosting the valuation figure significantly!
We believe strongly in our company ethos of focussing on our Franchisees profitability and it’s why we believe our network is growing at a rapid rate. Put frankly, there’s nothing that helps a franchise grow more than successful franchisees and here at Cloudy2Clear that’s exactly what we have!
So, if you think you qualify and can add to our successful, profitable network by running a Cloudy2Clear branch in your local area, don’t let other people profit from your abilities and hard work any longer.

What our Franchisees say…
Chris Lucas, Franchisee"I have to say that all the new initiatives from Head Office to support us and any new Franchisees that come on board is extremely encouraging. It’s great to feel part of a larger team and the knowledge and experience we pass amongst each other, through the management team, makes a big difference to all our profits"Ken McIntosh, Franchisee"It’s a great business, simple with a high demand for our services. As soon as the first advert was placed the phone started ringing with potential customers."Trevore Skidmore , Franchisee"Perhaps the most positive life-changing decision I have made was to purchase a Cloudy2Clear Franchise, having considered numerous other franchises prior to this."John Kendall, Franchisee"The day after my course I picked up my first sale. Brilliant! I’m 6 months in now and as cheesy as it may sound the only regret I have is that I didn’t take the plunge years ago…"Tony Telford, Franchisee"It definitely helped having the franchise experts involved to launch my business. They did so with a comprehensive PR and advertising campaign which proved to me that advertising in the right medium works for this business."
